Drug surrenderer shot dead in Isabela by motorcycle-riding gunmen

NAGUILIAN, Isabela —  A 27-year-old man was shot dead by motorcycle-riding gunmen at the national highway in San Manuel village.

Danny Boy Manalastas was sitting in front of a sari-sari store when he was attacked on Sunday night (June 11).  Manalastas died from a head wound, said Senior Inspector Francisco Dayag, Naguilian police chief.

Manalastas surrendered on July 25, 2016, after being charged with illegal drug possession in Reina Mercedes town.  SFM/rga
