Naliyagan Festival

A weeklong celebration in the town of Prosperidad in Agusan del Sur province featuring the culture and tradition of indigenous groups. Tribal rituals and dances are showcased during the festival.

June 12

Gapnod Festival

Locals in the town of Sibulan in Negros Oriental province gather for a fluvial procession carrying the image of their patron saint, San Antonio de Padua. The town’s history is seen in dance parades during the festivities.

June 12 to 20

Araw ng Cotabato

Cotabato City celebrates its 58th founding anniversary with different events such as a grand parade, beauty pageant and the annual “Araw ng Parangal,” wherein a Cotabato native is awarded for his or her contributions to the city.
