Suspected rapist shot dead in Pangasinan

DAGUPAN CITY — A man who was facing a rape complaint has been shot dead in Mangaldan town in Pangasinan province, police said.

John Senin, 50, was driving his tricycle when he was attacked by motorcycle-riding gunmen at 10:05 a.m., on Sunday (May 28). in Barangay (village) Lanas.

Senin was taken to a hospital in Mapandan town but a doctor there declared him dead on arrival.


Police said Senin was charged with statutory rape last May 23 at the provincial prosecutor’s office in Dagupan City.  SFM
