Malacañang is hopeful that many of those who passed the 2016 bar examinations will join government service.

“We pray that many of the successful examinees would pursue a career in government and join us in building a progressive and inclusive nation with a trustworthy government run by young people full of idealism, integrity and excellence,” Undersecretary Ernesto Abella, presidential spokesperson, said in a statement on Wednesday.

Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court released the results of the 2016 bar examinations with 3,747 out of 6,344 examinees passing.
