Woman slips past Clark airport security

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — A woman managed to get past security at the Clark International Airport at 6 p.m. on Thursday (March 30).

She was able to reach the passenger boarding bridge attached to a Cebu Pacific airplane without the required documents for traveling abroad.

An airline employee discovered the breach and stopped the passenger.

The Clark International Airport Corp. turned over the woman to the Angeles City Police Station 4, said CIAC president Alexander Cauguiran.

The identity of the woman has not yet been released as of this writing.

This was the second time the airport suffered a security breach since August last year when a man from Cavite tried to board an international flight. /atm
