After the high-profile arrest of Sen. Leila de Lima, and the quiet surrender of her former driver, Ronnie Dayan, Rafael Ragos turned himself in to the National Bureau of Investigation, away from the glare of cameras.

All three are facing charges in connection with the alleged illegal drug trade operated by gangs inside New Bilibid Prison.

De Lima is detained at the Philippine National Police Custodial Center, Ragos at the NBI headquarters, and Dayan at the Muntinlupa City jail.
