Man breaks 124 coconuts in less than 1 minute with bare hands

Meet India’s very own “Buko King.”

A man from Kerala, India, has squashed 124 coconuts with his bare hands in less than a minute, nudging his way to a new world record.

Abeesh Domanic, a 25-year-old mechanic of Kerala State Road Transport Corp., impressed people with his iron fists as he broke coconuts in a span of 50 seconds at an event held in Sobha City in Thrissur. Although Domanic smashed a total of 145 fruits, the number of coconuts fully smashed was 124, Manorama Online reported.

The previous record for this category was held by Muhamed Kahrimanovic of Germany for smashing 118 coconuts within a minute.

Domanic is no alien to engraving world records for strenuous activities. He was featured at the Universal Record Forum, Limca Book of Records, RecordSetter Book of World Records, and the Assist World Record for breaking hockey sticks and helmets with bare hands and pulling a bus for 50 meters (0.05 km) using his teeth.
