CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela—A 27-year-old trader was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding gunmen at 2 a.m. on Monday in Barangay (village) Calamagui 1st here, police said.
Donald Cabansag was driving his motorcycle with a female back rider when the gunmen attacked, shooting his right ear and head, said Supt. Ariel Quilang, Ilagan police chief.
The passenger was not hurt.
Cabansag was brought to the Faustino Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital but was declared dead on arrival. RAM/rga
