CALBAYOG CITY—Police were looking for the two gunmen who shot and killed an elementary school teacher on Thursday in Barangay (village) Carayman here.
Mardone Repol, 52, came from the Department of Education division office and was heading back to Carayman Elementary School when he was shot in the head and chest by the perpetrators on board a motorcycle.
Chief Insp. Angelo Pueblos, Samar Province Police Office (Sppo) Intelligence chief, said they had yet to determine the motive of the killing and the identities of the gunmen. RAM
