THE Association of Regional Executives of National Agencies in Central Visayas (Arena-7) has been supporting persons with disabilities (PWDs) by  disseminating their services to government agencies.

Arena-7 president and former Interior and Local Government regional director Pedro Noval Jr. wrote to all the members of the association, asking them to avail of the services of masseurs or masseuses and beauticians trained by the Area Vocational Rehabilitation Center II (AVRC) as part of the agency’s wellness program.
