GAMU, Isabela – Two people died when their tricycle collided into a metal railing along the national highway at 1:22 a.m. on Saturday (Jan. 7) in Upi village , police said.
Driver Freddie Agullana, 24, and Cris Utanes, 38, were killed when Agullana lost control of the tricycle and crashed. They may have been intoxicated.
Agullana and Utanes died as they were being brought to the hospital. CDG
