One died while six others were injured in a multiple vehicle collision at the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway on Friday morning, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported.
Chris Villarin of the SCTEX traffic center said the passenger of a Hi-ace van was declared dead on arrival at Jecson Hospital after a collision involving an Isuzu mini truck and a 10-wheeler truck.
Villarin said the accident happened at the 88-km post of the expressway.
He said the SCTEX center was able to deploy an emergency medical service unit and rush the victims to the hospital after monitoring the accident through closed-circuit television cameras.
