Fire Officer 2 Gran Caresosa of the BFP in San Pedro City said Julius Balon Templo, a factory worker, failed to get out of the single-story house in Barangay San Antonio when it caught fire at 8 a.m. yesterday.

“The owners said Templo usually woke up late so he could probably be asleep when the fire broke out,” Caresosa said.
