DID YOU KNOW: National Human Rights Consciousness Week

By virtue of Republic Act No. 9201 signed on April 1, 2003, by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Dec. 4 to 10 was declared National Human Rights Consciousness Week. Human Rights Day is observed on Dec. 10 by virtue of Proclamation No. 347 signed in 1952. —MARIELLE MEDINA, INQUIRER RESEARCH
