TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan — Government work crews have been busy clearing debris from a major road in Apayao province after heavy rains triggered an erosion in Luna town there on Wednesday (Nov. 30).

Motorists have been allowed to drive through one lane of the road along Salvacion village, according to Samuel Ramos, head of Luna’s disaster risk-reduction management council.

Ramos said Salvacion village was also flooded, but 212 families (or 630 individuals) who evacuated earlier have since returned home.  SFM
