Traffic enforcer shot, wounded in Tuguegarao

TUGUEGARAO CITY — A local traffic enforcer was shot by two motorcycle-riding gunmen on Monday and was seriously wounded.

Paul John Butacan, 35, was directing traffic on Bonifacio Street here when he was shot with a .45-handgun. The police are trying to determine why he was attacked.

Latest reports as of Monday evening stated that Butacan was in critical condition at the time.  SFM
