A human rights group has condemned the Duterte administration for its “latest insult to the victims of martial law” as former President Ferdinand Marcos was finally laid to rest at the Libingan ng mga Bayani on Friday.

“Task Force Detainees of the Philippines (TFDP) is outraged by this sneaky burial of a plunderer, dictator and human rights violator,” Emmanuel Amistad, Executive Director of TFDP said in a statement.
