DID YOU KNOW: Querube Makalintal
Today, Nov. 8, is the 14th death anniversary of the late Querube Makalintal who served as chief justice and speaker of the Interim Batasang Pambansa (IBP). Born on Dec. 22, 1910, he passed the bar in 1933. He served as chief justice from October 1973 to December 1975 and IBP speaker from June 1978 to June 1984.
