No crime recorded during Pacquiao fight—NCRPO

As always, Metro Manila was generally peaceful during Manny Pacquiao’s fight with Mexican boxer Jessie Vargas, according to the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).

NCRPO Chief Supt. Oscar Albayalde said no significant crime incidents were reported within the jurisdiction of the Northern Police District, Eastern Police District, Manila Police District, Southern Police District, and Quezon City Police District from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.

“The National Capital Region Police Office renders its salute to Sen. Manny Pacquiao for his victory. His victory today is another victory for peace. We have not recorded any crime incident on the duration of his fight,” Albayalde said.
