Visayas, Mindanao, and the province of Palawan will experience a rainy All Saints and All Souls Day due to the intertropical convergence zone affecting the said areas, the state weather bureau said on Sunday.
In an interview with radio DZMM, weather forecaster Glaiza Escullar said a low pressure area may also form outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Sunday and may enter the country on Nov. 1.
In its 24-hour weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Visayas, Mindanao and the province of Palawan, while cloudy skies with light rains are expected over the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela and Ilocos Norte.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, Pagasa added. YG/rga
