Village watchman shot dead in Batangas

BATANGAS CITY — A village watchman in Lipa City in Batangas province was shot and killed by unidentified gunmen on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Senior Supt. Leopoldo Cabanag, Batangas provincial police director, said Terence Troy Liscano, a “tanod” (village watchman) in Barangay Dos, was attacked by two men on a motorcycle in Barangay Lico at 2:30 p.m.

Liscano died while being taken to the Metro San Jose Medical Center in San Jose town.  SFM
