Classes suspended in Metro Manila, several Luzon provinces due to ‘Lawin’

Local governments in areas affected by Supertyphoon “Lawin” (internationally known as Haima) suspended classes for Thursday even before the typhoon made landfall, according to the Department of Education.

Classes in all levels, in both public and private schools, are suspended in Metro Manila, along with the following provinces:

Abra
