For a second time, the Supreme Court on Tuesday extended an order blocking the burial of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos at Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Theodore Te, high court spokesperson, said 15 justices decided in favor of extending the effectivity of a status quo ante order against Marcos’ burial at Libingan until Nov. 8.
The high court first issued a status quo ante order on Aug. 23 for 20 days. —INQUIRER RESEARCH
