She was at the Supreme Court along with around 200 supporters to hold a vigil until Tuesday when the high court is expected to decide on whether her father, the late President Ferdinand Marcos, can be buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LMB).

The status quo ante (SQA) issued by the high court against the preparations for the Marcos burial at LMB will lapse on Tuesday. It has been included in Tuesday’s en banc (full court session) for deliberation.

The first SQA was issued last Aug. 23 effective for 20 days or until Sept. 12. Then, at the conclusion of the oral arguments last Sept. 7, the high court extended the SQA to Oct. 18.
