Heavy rain in Southern Luzon Sunday morning — Pagasa

Heavy rain will fall over Cavite, Batangas and Laguna early Sunday morning, the weather bureau said.

In its warning  at 7 a.m., Pagasa raised the Orange Rainfall Warning over the three provinces saying these areas face potential flooding.

It also raised the Yellow Warning over Bataan, Tarlac, Rizal, Quezon, Bulacan and Nueva Ecija, which may experience flooding in low lying areas.

At the same time, light to moderate rain with occasional heavy rain is forecast for Metro Manila, Pampanga and Zambales.

Pagasa urged residents in these provinces to be alert and to monitor media and their surroundings for possible threats.
