Typhoon “Karen” has made landfall over Baler, Aurora province, the weather bureau said early Sunday.

In its official Twitter post, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said “Karen” made the landfall at   2:30 am Sunday based from its Tagaytay Doppler radar. Totel V. de Jesus,
