2 survive shootings in Baguio
BAGUIO CITY — Two men survived gun attacks in populated areas of the summer capital on Monday night (Sept. 26).
Hubert Coyoy, a 37-year-old jeepney driver, was repairing his vehicle at 7 p.m. in his home in Holy Ghost Extension, when he was shot twice.
Coyoy is currently being treated at a hospital. His name was on a police drug watch list.
Patrick Aclayan, 36, was dining at an eatery along Bonifacio Street when an unidentified man shot him twice at 11:55 p.m.
A shop owner near the crime scene brought him to the hospital. A security guard said the gunman drove off in a sports utility vehicle with no license plates. SFM
