DAGUPAN CITY—Three people were killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen on Tuesday (Sept. 13) in three separate incidents in Pangasinan province.
Ramil Fabro, 45, was driving his tricycle at 2:45 p.m. when he was shot in the head and the torso as he approached the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx) entrance at Barangay (village) Carmen East in Rosales town.
He was taken to the Rosales town infirmary but a doctor there declared him dead on arrival.
Police said Fabro was included in a new drug watch list.
At about 4 p.m. in neighboring Santa Maria town, 59-year-old Illuminada Supnet was shot dead as she unloaded packages from her car in front of her house in Barangay San Alejandro.
Supnet was immediately taken to the Eastern Pangasinan District Hospital in Tayug town but an attending physician pronounced her dead on arrival.
At 9:25 p.m., market vendor Fundador Soriano, 34, was shot as he entered his house in Barangay Poblacion in Binmaley town.
Police said Soriano died even before reaching the Ramirez-Bautista Memorial Hospital in the town.
