3 killed in Lingayen, Pangasinan school shooting
MANILA, Philippines–At least three people were killed and four others were hurt after an active policeman reportedly went amuck inside the Lingayen National High School in Pangasinan on Monday afternoon.
Police Officer 2 Domino Alipio, assigned at the Anda Police Station, shot dead a female teacher and two still unnamed men in front of a classroom at the school, Senior Superintendent Reynaldo Biay, Pangasinan Police Provincial Office officer-in-charge, said.
Biay said Alipio went to the school to collect debts from one of the fatalities.
A .45 caliber handgun and a folded carbine were confiscated from Alipio.
The gunman is currently under the custody of Lingayen Police.
