Reward for info on Davao blast suspect raised to P3 million
The reward money for any information that could lead to the arrest of those responsible for the Davao night market bombing has been raised from P2 million to P3 million.
“I understand that the mayor has upped the reward,” Davao City Public Safety and Security Command Center chief Benito de Leon, a former Army general, told reporters on Thursday.
Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio originally offered a reward of P2 million for information about those responsible for the bombing that killed 14 persons and injured 67 others.

“Basta may maituro lang. Siguro ‘yung nagdala, ‘yun namana ng importante. Iisa lang naman ang tinuro na may gagawan so ‘yun ang target,” de Leon said.
(Just point us to the suspect. Maybe the one who brought it, that’s who is important. There’s just one person being implicated so that’s the target.)
