#WalangPasok: List of class suspensions for Wednesday, August 10

SOME local government units on Tuesday night announced class suspensions in their areas on Wednesday, August 10, due to monsoon rains affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said monsoon rains will be experienced over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), CALABARZON and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Mindoro and Palawan.

Classes in the following areas have been suspended:

Metro Manila

• Makati City — All levels, public and private
• Taguig City — All levels, public and private
• Pateros — All levels
• Muntinlupa City — Pre-school to Senior High School, public and private
• Navotas City — Pre-school to Senior High School, public and private
• Las Piñas City — All levels
• Marikina City — All levels
• Pasay City — All levels
• Parañaque City — All levels
• Manila City — All levels, public and private
• Quezon City — Pre-school to Senior High School, public and private
• Mandaluyong City — All levels, public and private
• Malabon City — All levels, public and private
• Valenzuela City — All levels, public and private

Province

• Cavite Province — All levels
• Bacoor City, Cavite — Pre-school and Elementary, public and private
• Batangas Province — Pre-school to Senior High School
• Bataan Province — All levels, public and private
• Biñan City, Laguna — All levels, public and private
• Antipolo City, Rizal — All levels, public and private
• Cainta, Rizal — All levels
