OLONGAPO CITY — The body of a bound man who was shot three times in the chest was found at the parking area of the old lighthouse in the city’s Kalaklan village on Monday, police said.

The head and feet of the unidentified man were wrapped in packaging tape and was strapped with a placard that says: “Ako si Art, tao ako ni Balbon, collector at pusher ako ng shabu. ‘Wag akong tularan… (I’m Art, Balbon is my boss, I’m a collector and pusher of shabu. Don’t emulate me).”

Senior Supt. Jerry Sumbad, acting director of the Olongapo City Police Office, said they are investigating the murder. Forensic investigators recovered a shell fired from caliber 9-mm pistol at the crime scene. JE/rga
