The Manila Police District (MPD) gave Tanto up to 5 p.m. on Wednesday to surrender but he did not show up.

Tanto was identified by the MPD as the Hyundai Eon driver who killed biker Mark Vincent Garalde last Monday night after the latter nearly hit his car. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage showed two men in a scuffle with the car driver chasing and later firing multiple gunshots at the bicycle rider.

The vehicle that Tanto used was found in the house of his brother-in-law in Nueva Vizcaya province last Tuesday morning. YG with a report from Erwin Aguilon, Radyo Inquirer 990AM/rga
