Local government units have announced class suspensions in their respective areas following Pagasa’s forecast that monsoon rains would hit several provinces in Central Luzon and Pangasinan.

- Bataan — All levels, public and private schools
- Iba, Zambales — All levels, public and private schools
- Olongapo City, Zambales — All levels, public and private schools
- Subic, Zambales — All levels, public and private schools
