President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday condoled with the family of former Tagaytay City Mayor Isaac Tolentino.
Tolentino is the father of defeated senatorial candidate and former Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Francis Tolentino.
Duterte arrived at the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Tagaytay at 4:30 p.m.
