Ex-secretary to DOJ employees: Work for people
Former Justice Secretary Emmanuel Caparas on Thursday called on employees of the Department of Justice (DOJ) for their wholehearted support to the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.
In his farewell speech, he reminded the DOJ employees that they work for the people.
“Regardless of who sits as DOJ Secretary, we work for the people. We do our best for the people,” Caparas said.

Caparas’ and Aguirre’s teams already met twice where they discussed the turnover of leadership at the DOJ.
Caparas served as Justice Secretary for five months after Justice Secretary Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa was appointed as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. RAM
