4 drug pushers nabbed in Camarines Norte
LEGAZPI CITY – At least four drug pushers were nabbed in separate police operations against illegal drugs in different towns of Camarines Norte, police said Saturday.
Senior Inspector Ma. Louisa Calubaquib, information officer of Bicol police, said in a report that different search operations conducted Friday and Saturday in the towns of Paracale, Jose Panganiban and Labo yielded four arrests, several sachets of suspected “shabu,” marijuana, marijuana seeds and various types of firearms.
In Paracale, police arrested Alberto Moral of Barangay Tugos at 4:42 p.m. Friday. His arrest also yielded six heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia. Roberto Palmero of Barangay Bagumbayan, also in Paracale, was also arrested at around 10 p.m. with six sachets of shabu.
In Jose Panganiban town, police arrested Antonio Raviz, 47, of Barangay Sta. Rosa Sur with 23 small sachets of suspected shabu, 18 pieces ammunition for caliber 22 gun, four pieces ammunition for caliber 9 mm and three bullets for caliber 38 revolver at around 10:35 p.m. Friday. Oliver Aman, 37, of Barangay Calero, Jose Panganiban, was also collared with four sachets of shabu, and assorted drug paraphernalia at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
In Labo town, police searched the residence of Myrna Muñoz in Barangay Tulay at 10 p.m. Friday and confiscated a sachet of suspected shabu and a sachet of suspected marijuana with one light pink crumpled paper containing suspected marijuana seeds. The suspect, however, was absent from the house during the search.
