1 killed, 1 hurt in motorcycle-bus collision in Pangasinan town

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan—A motorcycle crashed into a passenger bus on Monday dawn in Aguilar town, killing its passenger and injuring the driver.

Arly Modelo was killed when the motorcycle driven by Fernando Mayor Jr. encroached on the

northbound lane of a national highway in Barangay (villagea) Buer and collided with the bus at 12:10 a.m.

The motorcycle riders, who reside in Infanta town, were thrown off by the impact.

Mayor is still being treated at the hospital, while bus driver Rogelio Lagota voluntarily surrendered to the Aguilar police. RAM/rga
