Carillo’s body was found in Barangay (village) Bakia in Majayjay while Alemania was found in a section of a river in the nearby town of Magdalena.
Rescuers on Monday found the body of Alemania’s six-year-old daughter, Christine Althea, seven kilometers from the Dalitiwan Resort in Barangay Ilayang Banga.
The three were guests at a mountainside resort when a flashflood, triggered by heavy rains on Sunday, swept them into the Dalitiwan River.
Marcial said rescuers had a hard time locating the bodies due to the strong current and thick mud in the river./rga
