Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday afternoon.
The ridge of a high pressure area is extending over Luzon and Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the south to southwest will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southeast to south over the rest of the country.
The coastal waters throughout the whole archipelago will be slight to moderate, Pagasa said. RAM/rga
