UP College of Mass Comm receives 3 Center of Excellence awards

The University of the Philippines Diliman College of Mass Communication (UP CMC) on Wednesday received three Center of Excellence (COE) awards from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The Department of Broadcast Communication, Department of Journalism, and the Department of Communication Research received the award, proving the UP CMC as the leading educational institution that trains and produces the best in the media industry.

COEs are exclusively given to Departments which “demonstrate excellent performance in the areas of instruction, research and publication, extension and linkages, and institutional qualifications.”
