Man killed in grenade blast in Maguindanao town
COTABATO CITY, Philippines—A 20-year-old man, identified as Habiri Katapukan of Sultan sa Barongis, Maguindanao, was killed when a still unidentified suspect fired a rifle grenade toward the public market of Datu Unsay town, also in Maguindanao, where voting was taking place at 7 a.m. Monday.
Police said Tarhana Manampan, also from Sultan sa Barongis, was injured in the attack. RAM/rga
