Bongbong Marcos upon voting: ‘God’s will be done’

BATAC CITY, Philippines — Vice presidential candidate Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. cast his vote early Monday at the Mariano Marcos Elementary School.

Marcos was among the early voters of Precinct 36, in Lacub village, who cast their ballots. He arrived at 6:10 a.m., a few minutes after precincts opened.

Marcos, dressed in light pink barong and olive green pants, proceeded to his designated poll area and completed the process at 6:15 a.m.

After voting, the son of the late strongman Ferdinand Marcos proceeded to the nearby Immaculate Concepción Parish (popularly known as Batac Church) to pray.
