Frustrated murder suspect killed in Bulacan

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S. SANTOS, Bulacan — A suspect in a frustrated murder case was killed in a gun battle with the Bulacan police in San Jose del Monte City on Wednesday (April 27).

Roberto Bravo fired at policemen, who were serving his arrest warrant, and was killed at Barangay (village) Gumaok East, police said.

Bravo was the seventh most wanted person of the city, and was suspected of having ties to illegal drug operations in the area, said Supt. Raniel Valones, San Jose Del Monte City police chief.

Recovered from the crime scene was a caliber .22 revolver and 16 sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride).  SFM
