The five people who heckled vice presidential candidate and Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. during the lone vice presidential debate on Sunday have been freed and will not be facing charges, the police said.
According to a report by Radyo Inquirer, Sampaloc Police Station chief Supt. Mannan Muarip said that the five hecklers underwent documentation and interrogation proceedings before they were freed.
The hecklers, all belonging to the Youth Alliance Against the Return of the Marcoses (Youth ALARM), were identified as: Lloyd Magsoy, 26; Joshua Ninalga, 19; Teddy Angeles, 20; Francis Deinla; and Ralph Padolina, 19.

Maurip said that event organizer CNN Philippines will not be pressing charges against the five hecklers.
On Sunday, right before Marcos was about to give his opening statement, they chanted, “Never again, never again to martial law!” and unfurled a banner.
Their chant, however, was met with cheers of “BBM” from the senator’s supporters.
They were escorted out of the Quadricentennial Pavillion in the University of Santo Tomas, the venue of the lone vice presidential debate sanctioned by the Commission on Elections.
