15-year-old boy critical after being stabbed in a tiff with other youths in Manila

MANILA — A 15-year-old boy is in critical condition after getting stabbed in the wee hours of Wednesday, in Manila.

As of this posting, the boy, who was from Antonio Rivera street, remained confined at Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center.

SPO2 Anthony Quilantang of Manila Police District station 7 (Jose Abad Santos) said the boy was stabbed about 2 a.m. along Gatmaitan and Juan Luna streets.

The boy and his friends had a drink at Ricafort Street when they decided to move to another friend’s house for a second round of drinking spree.

While walking, they met the group of a certain Ryan, also a minor.

It was not clear what happened after their paths crossed and who among them started the fight. But after the scuffle, the boy was left on the road, bleeding.  SFM
