Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago will not be able to join her fellow candidates as she opted to undergo a clinical trial for an anticancer pill.
The debate will be held at the University of the Philippines Cebu Performing Arts Theater and will run for three hours, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., an hour longer compared to the first presidential debate held last month in Cagayan de Oro City.
TV5 and Philippine Star, hosts of the Cebu debate, promised a more “explosive debate.”
