MABALACAT, Pampanga – Senate President Franklin Drilon led Manila North Tollways Corporation officials in the inauguration of the North Luzon Expressway-Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway Link on Friday that is seen to cut down travel time to the North by 40 minutes.
