CAMP GENERAL ALEJO SANTOS — A 62-year old man was arrested on Tuesday by Bulacan police after he allegedly raped an 8-year old girl inside his house in San Rafael town in Bulacan province.
Carlos del Rosario is facing a statutory rape complaint for reportedly molesting the girl at Barangay (village) Dagat-Dagatan, said Senior Supt. Timoteo Pacleb, Bulacan police director.
The girl was playing outside the suspect’s home when the man invited her in.
The incident was reported to the girl’s grandmother by her playmates, who called in the police.
