Some lanes closed on Araneta Ave. today
Work involving the pierheads of the Skyway Stage 3 (SS3) project will require the closure of some lanes on G. Araneta Avenue in Quezon City today.
From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., only two lanes in the northbound direction will be passable, between E. Rodriguez and Victory Avenues, due to the pierhead rotation at Pier 49. In the southbound direction, only two lanes will also be open from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for the rotation at Pier 47.
Additional traffic enforcers will be deployed and motorists are advised to avoid the stretch of the avenue by taking alternative routes.
